Notes
This run was pretty miserable. It was about 78 when I left, and the humidity was way up there (measured it in the 75% range in Springfield). My legs were very, very tired today, and they definitely felt it when I was running. I actually had to stop in the middle just to let my body's heat dissipate a bit.
