Extremely easy run after work. Not sure I wanted to run this easy, but I had no choice. The sidewalks were a thick coating of ice. I almost fell so many times that I stopped counting. There were good parts though; I didn't feel anything in the ITB, and my contest winnings were very nice as far as I could tell. I hope I can get a good number of miles out of the Riders.
