This run felt really good. This is the first day of my recovery week, during which I plan to keep my miles below 35. Today's was an easy four after yesterday's twelve. I should definitely do more of my mileage in the morning, it seems like my HR is easier to keep down earlier in the day, even when I am pushing it on the flats. Mile pace and average HR are as follows:
Mile 1: 11:19/137 (rolling, more down than up)
Mile 2: 11:15/138 (rolling)
Mile 3: 11:10/139 (rolling)
Mile 4: 11:35/142 (rolling, more up than down)
