Notes

Instead of a traditional long run, I decided to throw a short workout in at the end of this one to kind of make up for the fact that I missed the earlier week workout. We did 8 miles, then ran 3 miles at steady state pace, then jogged some of the way home. I felt pretty good throughout, though my legs got very heavy during the tempo portion. This felt like a solid workout.
