Nice and easy run to prepare for tomorrow's long run. It was wildly hot today for 6:30 in the morning, but we at least didn't go too long. The long heat waves really take a toll, because it's not just hot while running, but also while we're sleeping at night. It seems like it adds up over time. Hopefully this one ends soon.
