I can definitely see why people quit running after they suffer injuries; having to start over after an extended break sucks so bad. It's especially bad because my aerobic system feels so good, but my legs aren't remotely ready for any real mileage. Can't wait to get the next 2-3 weeks over with and get back to putting in some real running.
