I'm putting this down as moderate because of how I ran it. I ran about 7:30 pace for the first 4 miles, then I dipped down under that for the next 2-3 miles, probably 7:00-7:15s. The last mile was intentionally easy, about 8:00 at the fastest. Good run today, can't wait until mid-May, by that time I should be in pretty decent shape and ready to start some speedwork and racing.
