Notes

Good run today, I did the normal Route 100 course with a bit added to make it 7 miles total. After about 20 minutes easy I did 10x40 second surges to 3k-5k pace with 60 second recovery, followed by another 15 or so minutes easy. The surges felt good, I tried to emphasize relaxed form at the pace.
