Pretty tough workout. I did 6 one mile intervals at 10k pace with 400m jogs in between. It's a different kind of hard compared to the 5k stuff; where that's kind of a lactic acid bath, this is just a long grind. It definitely got to me towards the end, my legs just started to feel heavy. During the 5th interval I considered not doing the 6th, but I said forget that and I pushed it out.
