Notes
Although it was rainy and weirdly warm today, this run was very pleasant overall. I took it pretty easy, and although my Achilles was hurting a bit, everything else felt great, so I'm pretty happy about that. The only other negative is that I had to stand for a minute around mile 6 because I didn't use the bathroom before going out.
