Nice and easy today. I just wanted to get in a few more miles today since I cut the run short yesterday. We ran around Waveny Park in New Canaan and it was pretty nice. The weather was great and I felt surprisingly good despite the workout yesterday. This is also the first 6 day stretch I've had in ages, and I'm really happy with how good I felt.
