Not a great run. It was very hot today and my achilles ended up really aching. I think the Launch is not the best shoe for me right now; I don't know if it's the shape, cushioning, or the fact that it's a few years old, but it is just not working out. I was worn right out from about halfway in, and the achilles were bad enough that I had to stop a couple times to walk. Hopefully this turns around after we get home.
