This run was overall pretty tough. The course is hilly, and I haven't run this far in a long time. I intentionally took it out very slowly and warmed up into the run, and I also stopped at the apartment halfway through to get some water and a Gu. I felt great through 10, but the last 4 were bit of a struggle. My legs are totally thrashed right now though, hopefully this run didn't ruin me for the next couple days.
