Notes

I took yesterday off to rest my sore legs, and today I did this 6 mile progression. Started with one mile at 8 minute pace, then dropped the pace about 15 seconds a mile for every mile after that, until I was running about 7:00 pace for the 5th mile. The 6th mile was slowed to 7:45 pace again to rest up a bit. Can't wait for my legs to get used to running again.
