Easy, easy run. My legs were feeling the workouts from the past couple days, they felt much heavier than usual. I just kept it feeling easy from start to finish; my pace for the first 4 miles was around 8:10-8:15, and then the downhill 1.1 to finish up was a bit quicker, bringing the pace down to about 8:00.
After the run I did 6x8 second hill sprints, the legs didn't feel quite so heavy during these.
