More easy running. This North Hollow loop is tough and misleading, because although my pace for the first 4.25 miles was very even, my pace on the last uphill was significantly slower. I was trying to keep it feeling easy, and to do that I had to really ease off on the uphills.
Also, I saw two beavers out there on the run.
