This was a miserable disaster of a run. Also, I absolutely died today, just completely fell apart by the end, which is surprising considering how slow the pace was. I don't think I was adequately fueled for a 2 hour run, because I was just dragging during the final 4 miles or so. My legs felt ok structurally, but they were dead at the end. I think for the next few weeks, I'll keep my long runs around 90-105 minutes, and definitely make sure to eat right before them. Brie quesadillas for lunch? Retarded.

Also, not sure how much it had to do with the run, but I am now feeling sick. Bad sore throat, body aches, headache. So now I'll have to miss at least a day, probably two or three. Nice.
