Notes
Today was a remarkably good run. My achilles both felt pretty good and it felt very easy from start to finish. Of course, the pace was pretty slow, but it was very hot, so I'm pretty pleased to have been able to feel this good on such a hot day. Hopefully I still feel good tomorrow and the rest of the week.
