Nice and easy today. It was pretty humid out, honestly the some of the first summer-feeling weather we've had all year. I was feeling OK. Maybe a little bit tired, but pretty good for the most part. I'll see how I feel tomorrow trying something more like 7 or so. I really want to get back to business with my running.
