Notes
It's not often that the day is so windy that I feel serious resistance, but it happened today. It's fun in a way, but also awful. Nice and easy run today, and although it was cooler out than it has been, it was perfect running weather. My left achilles has been hurting for a while; not enough to sideline me, but enough that it's tough to walk around for the first 20 minutes after I finish. I just started icing it yesterday, and I'll continue that today, and perhaps some ibuprofen if it keeps up.
