Notes

This morning's run was a progression run on the treadmill. Five minutes very easy, 40 minutes easy, then 15 minutes moderately hard. I actually felt really good on this one until the last 5 minutes, which were tough due mostly to the heat in the gym. It was encouraging, as the pace was actually reasonably quick.
