First non-stop run since the last time I hurt my leg! No issues to report, didn't even feel a twinge.
I decided that since I've had such a long lay-off, I'll start up with the HR training again. Keeping it below 160 this time rather than trying for 145. Average pace was in the 9s; my guess is that in 2 weeks I'll be in the 8s for the same HR. I'm feeling very good today.
