So slippery today. My max HR for the run was 157, however, this is misleading; it spiked when I slipped on the ice and went down hard. For the run, my max was 151; I imagine this was because I had to work a little harder to keep traction on the slippery hills. For the most part, though, this run was nice and easy. Heavy snow, my footprints from the beginning of the run were covered up when I passed on the way back.
