It may be too few data points to be sure yet, but I think staying on top of hydration has helped immensely. Today it was 72 with a dew point of 65 and ~70% humidity, and I kept the same pace from start to finish all at a lower HR than I've done for the past couple weeks. Everything feels awesome; my legs are good and I don't feel overheated or worn out. Finally, a good run!
