Pretty easy run today, although the 85 degree day caught me off guard. It felt really goddamn hot today. There were also about a million tiny flies, and when I looked in the mirror at home I had about 15 scattered around my neck and shoulder area. There are probably the same amount in my hair. I hope they're not a regular thing here during warm weather.
