Notes
I was very glad to get this run in today. The weather was incredible fall weather (though strangely warm for November at 50 degrees or so), so it felt good to be out. I felt fantastic start to finish today, though my legs did start getting a little sore by the end. I'm thrilled that this distance is so easy again, because it means I can start adding real long runs in each week.
