Notes

Warm-up and cool-down for the Great Bear Run 5k race today. The warm-up was 1 mile very easy, then a mile alternating easy running with 15-20 second bursts up to race effort. After that I did some strides and a few drills.

The cool-down was 2 miles of very easy jogging.
