Notes

Today was a bit of a speed workout. I did ~10 minutes of easy running to warm up and then did 8x1 minute hard intervals with 2 minute recovery jogs. Since I was on the treadmill, I just set the incline to 2% and speed to 10 for the hard parts. It felt possibly a little easier than it should have, but that's probably a good thing. I could have easily done another 2-3 reps if I had wanted.
