What a rough day. It was hot today, about 75 or so with a full, blazing sun, and my HR would not stay under control. I did ~5 miles out and back on the Norwottuck trail, and it was pretty painful. I'm not acclimated to the heat, so my pace was super slow. However, this was a success just because it's my first double digit run in about a year, so I'm still happy even though I had to do it nonsensically slowly.
