Notes

Very easy paced run to aid in recovery from yesterday's track workout. My legs feel almost completely fine, a bit tired but not too bad. The only real issue was that my Achilles are more sore than usual. I think that until I take some extended time off, that's just going to be how it is. They'll hurt, but not so badly that I can't run, and that's fine as long as it stays that way.
