Awesome run, despite being on the treadmill. I started conservatively, with a mile at 8 minute pace. After that I dropped the pace about 20 seconds every every two miles until mile 7, where I started dropping about 15 seconds per mile. I ended up doing the last mile at about 6 flat pace. Fun run.
There was a clusterfuck though, because the one I chose wouldn't go over 60 minutes, so I tried to extend the warm-up it gave me to encompass the rest of the run, but it wouldn't do it, so I had to quickly get another session going. Only about 20 seconds of idle time, but it was dumb.
