Short run after work. Pretty miserable run, actually. I do believe the Rides have seen their last run. After running in the new Glides, the Ride just feels like it has nothing left to it. It's reminiscent of the end of the Adrenalines, where I was having pretty severe shin and achilles pain.
Other than the shoe problems, the run wasn't too bad. Definitely tired from the day, so I ran fairly easy. I'm a bit upset about missing two straight days of running, but Monday was pouring heavy rain, and Tuesday I overslept and we had the long meeting after work.
