Notes

I did yesterday's loop twice, with two 15 minute hard sessions split up with a 10 minute easy session. The hard parts were probably about 6:15 pace, give or take a few seconds. It felt pretty good, though my legs started to get pretty heavy toward the end of the second hard part.
