Long run Sunday, it was a pretty good one. I did the Airport Road with some additions to make it 12, and though my plan was to run the last 2 miles hard I ended up only doing the last 1.65 miles hard. When I turned the corner to go up the school road, I just didn't want to climb that hill going fast, so I backed off for the last bit of the run. The hard pace was about 6:40s or so, which I was pretty pleased with after 10 miles, though I still can't help looking back to last year and being disappointed.
