Notes
This was an 8 miler, out to Roxbury Gap and back. This is how running is supposed to feel. The pace was around 7:45, but it felt really easy the whole way, minus the hills. Coming up the hill at the four corners was the only part of the run where I was pushing at all. Not only that, but my legs felt so good. No achilles pain, no pain involving my knees whatsoever, just running.
