Compared to yesterday, this run was amazing. Maybe not night and day, but certainly night and morning. My legs were still tired and sort of heavy feeling, but I definitely got into a rhythm from about 3-7 or so. The last mile I kind of felt like I was dragging a bit, but I was unconsciously running faster, a little under 7:00 instead of my 7:30 average that I had kept for the first 7 miles.
Tomorrow will be as easy as I can make it, and only about 5 miles or so. I want to get my legs used to running again, but I also want them to recover well.
