Not a bad run today, though not as good as Monday's run on the same course at the same HR. My legs felt a bit tired and sore, and keeping my HR under control was kind of tough, but the pace was pretty close to Monday. Depending on how my legs feel, I may take tomorrow off, but we'll have to see.
I also started today with 3x10 second strides. The Achilles were both sore after I finished, but it wasn't as bad as it has been.
