This was just a really easy run after work with Jason and Jeremiah. We did the Cliff Street loop and nothing else, so it was about 4.4-4.5 miles or so. I was content with the low miles and the easy pace because I am planning either a 5k or a good, hard long run tomorrow and I thought I could use the rest.
