This felt fantastic. My legs were fresh, the pace was nice and easy, all in all this was a great day. I want to start doing workouts this coming week and maybe try a 12+ run next weekend. I'm certainly not going under 1:30 this April, but if things keep going nicely like this, maybe 1:35 is reasonable, with hopefully something more like 1:25 this fall.
