Nice long run today, I felt amazing. Ellen and I went from the Remic Rapids park over the bridge immediately to Gatineau, then left at the end down the path for a ways. I felt great for the whole thing, and even now a couple hours later, my legs still feel decent. No injury soreness, just regular tiredness. This was a very encouraging run.
