After taking 4 days off to rest my right tibia, I've decided to get back into it. I figure 4 days isn't enough to ruin my fitness, so I'm going to just start where I left off, but maybe a bit slower.
I ran an easy 6 today, the weather was nice. My plan was to keep it relaxed, and I did this well. After reading that thread in the General Forum, I've decided to use my HRM much less so that I can try and relearn the pacing I had in high school.
