Easy run, started out on the 7.5 mile loop and turned around at 4 miles. My legs consistently feel like shit when I run these days, like I put on my shoes and then let someone pound on them with a bat before I hit the road. Even now, many hours later, my legs still hurt from the run. I wonder if this will go away any time soon.
