The goal was 10 easy, but I think I was dehydrated or something because about 3 miles in I felt pretty lightheaded, so I backed it off. Instead of going 10 I went 7, around Senor Road and down the Brook Road into Warren. It was blazing hot today, so the run was uncomfortable.
