Warm-up and cool-down for my interval work today. Ran from the car place to the track for 2.75 miles, then did 6x100 meter accelerations when I got there to get nice and limber. After I finished the workout, I walked around the track once and then got back to the road and ran back to the car place. Stopped to see what kind of work they'd do, then I ran back for a total of 4.1 miles cool-down.
