Notes

87 degrees. That pretty much sums up this run, apart from the normal aching legs. I had to stop about 3/4 through and let the inflammation in my achilles subside a bit. I think I'm coming along though, I estimate that in two weeks or so my legs will catch back up with my lungs and I can start actually training.
