Notes
Easy intensity run on a very pleasant weather day. My legs felt very good, though they are a bit tired right now. I was surprised at the pace of this run, since I kept my HR under 167 the whole time and still managed a (relatively) decent pace. I was going to do 10, but purely due to caution I decided to keep it conservative for now and stop at ~8. I have plenty of time to ease myself back into shape.
