Today's run was another fairly challenging hill workout. I did 8x1:30 at 8 mph and 7.5% incline with 2:30 jog recoveries. I'm not sure if it was the workout itself or the fact that I didn't sleep much last night, but it was definitely harder than last week's. I might have been able to eke out another rep, but I certainly had no interest. My left calf felt tight at the end; it wasn't painful, but it was definitely a bit inflamed. Other than that, my body felt pretty good.
