It was pretty hot and humid all day, so I waited until dark to go for a run in hopes that it might be less miserable... it was not! The only thing that got me through the first half of my run was knowing that I could stop at Mahtomedi beach for some water. Unfortunately for me the water fountain was not working properly and was unable to get any water. This made the second half of my run, as you might be able to imagine, terrible.
