400 splits: 74,76,77,77,77
core workouts were all variations of planks. Mitch and I were sweating bullets!
I didn't run the second part because I felt really sick and my chest was hurting. I was drinking plenty of water but I think I was in the sun too much the past couple of days. I will go to bed early tonight and stay out of the sun tomorrow as much as possible to recover!
