stayed inside and ran on the mill...left knee was nagging initially but it calmed down as the run went on...once I hit mile 4, set the mill to 5:52 pace for 4x 60 sec on 60 sec off..this was pretty easy on the mill since I think I tend to run in the 520's at least initially when I do this outside..ran a 3 minute recovery and then 3 x 30 sec strides followed by a 1 mile c/d
